Open Seat TTRPGs
Each month we will be hosting a meeting space for local role-players to meet up, talk shop, and join in a quick one-shot game! All experience levels are encouraged to attend, and we are happy to help local players find and schedule new groups, get access to meeting spaces, and learn new rulings or systems. We have an inventory of TTRPG books, including Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Blades in the Dark, and many, many more. Feel free to bring dice, rulebooks, and miniatures of your own. Snacks from The Bodega are also available. Our primary open-seat game during these events is a Westmarches style Scum and Villainy campaign, though we may switch it up depending on the night's interests and mood.
Scum and Villainy is a sci-fy TTRPG based on the Forged in the Dark system. Seats are first come, first serve each month. Can't make it one month? Fret not! The table is designed to allow players to drop in and out of the campaign as they need. Each adventuring crew will be a part of the same ship and faction, all working together to slowly build their reputation, upgrade their ship, and unlock new abilities for the next month of play.
Local community members are also encouraged to attend just to talk shop, explore new or existing campaigns of their own, and generally use the timeslot as an excuse to gather the local TTRPG community. We hope to see you there!

Mixology and Murder
“Hark people of Axminster! The Autumn Carnival arrives at our door!
The season of celebration arrives along with an invitation - a masquerade ball hosted by the local aristocracy. Despite his recent health concerns, Mr. Olivaceous Wicken has invited the local townsfolk to his private lounge in celebration of the year’s harvest and the general spirit of revelry. His staff prepares drinks and food aplenty, though it appears that some members in attendance may be prone to get carried away by their merriment. Will the night persist peacefully, or will the spirit of revelry cause untoward chaos? There is only one way to find out who is capable of resisting the call - you’ll just have to see for yourself…”
